Anh Co Tran and Johnny Ramirez, hairdressers and co-owners of the Ramirez Tran salon in Beverly Hills, California, developed this hair trend. « Hollywood waves are the perfect combination of colour and cut. Sometimes customers came to look only for the colour, and then another hairstylist from another salon did the cutting. The result was not up to the task, » says Ramirez.
